Statutory registrations that follow incorporation, including the tax identification number, social security registration and the Gulu City trading licence, are being completed in sequence. The current position is available on request for any tender that requires it.

Incorporated in Uganda
Registered with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau under the Companies Act, Cap. 106. The certificate of incorporation and the registered company forms are supplied with any tender submission.
Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019
Systems we build are designed to the Act: lawful basis recorded, data minimised, personal data held in-country where a client requires it, and a written retention position for every store. Registration with the Personal Data Protection Office follows incorporation.
Named directors on public record
The directors and the company secretary are filed with the Registrar and beneficial ownership is declared. There is no nominee structure and no undisclosed shareholder. Names are supplied with tender documents.
Written threat model on every build
Each system we deliver carries a threat model agreed before development starts, covering tenancy isolation, access control and key handling. It is a document the client keeps, not an internal note.
Source code and documentation handover
Clients receive the repository, the deployment runbook and the database schema at handover. No system we build depends on us being reachable for it to keep running.
Open licensing declared per project
Third-party and open-source components are listed with their licences in the handover pack, so a legal or procurement review can check what is in the system before it goes live.
