Join the talent pool

We have no open positions right now. What we keep is a roster of people we call when project work lands, and it is open to anyone who wants to be on it.

Labwor Technologies is a small firm that staffs up around the work it wins. Rather than post roles we cannot yet fund, we keep a roster and go to it first when a project needs a discipline we do not have free that month.

Being on the roster is not a job offer and it is not a waiting list with an order to it. It means that when the work comes, you are someone we already know how to reach.

How the roster works

You tell us what you can do

Discipline, the tools you actually use, how you prefer to work and where you are based. A link to a repository, a portfolio or a CV helps more than a paragraph about yourself.

We keep your details on file

Nothing is published and nothing is passed to anyone outside the company. Your record sits in our roster until you ask us to remove it.

We contact you when work matches

When a project needs your discipline we come to the roster first. That may be next month or it may be next year, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Add yourself to the roster

Everything except your name, e-mail and discipline is optional. If you would rather send a CV by e-mail, write to contact@labwor.com with "Talent pool" in the subject line.

What we do with your details

We hold them to contact you about work. We do not publish them, sell them or pass them to third parties. Write to us at any time and we will delete your record. This is how we meet our obligations under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.
